By using this site or submitting a form, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Use of the site

This site is for information and lead intake. Submitting a form starts a sales conversation, not a contract. Any work performed byFirst Line Collision Center is governed by a separate written contract.

3. Estimates

Estimates are free. The final repair price is set after we inspect the vehicle at our shop and, on insurance claims, after your insurer approves the estimate. Hidden damage found during the repair may require a supplement.

4. Brand & content

All text, logos, images, and content on this site are property ofFirst Line Collision Center or its licensors. Don't reproduce or redistribute without permission.

5. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is". We don't warrant uninterrupted access or error-free content. Repair time and cost depend on the vehicle, the damage and parts availability.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Line Collision Center is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Liability for any direct damages is limited to $100.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of MA, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in that state.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
